S-a luat în examinare cererea de strămutare formulată de petentul N.S.

La apelul nominal lipsesc petentul și intimații H.V., M.M., M.M., L.E., L.V. și Fundația "V.V.".

Ministerul Public este reprezentat de procuror V.L.

Procedura legal îndeplinită.

Se referă de magistratul-asistent asupra faptului că potrivit programului de evidență informatizată a instanțelor dosarul a cărui strămutare se solicită a fost soluționat la data de 23 februarie 2012 și că prin cerere înaintată prin fax petentul învederează că renunță la cerere.
