S-a luat în examinare cererea de strămutare formulată de petentul G.C.

La apelul nominal lipsesc petentul și intimații B.F. - primarul comunei Bogdănița și Comisia locală Bogdănița pentru stabilirea dreptului de proprietate asupra terenurilor.

Ministerul Public este reprezentat de procuror V.L.

Procedura legal îndeplinită.

Se referă de magistratul-asistent asupra faptului că potrivit programului de evidență informatizată a instanțelor dosarul a cărui strămutare se solicită a fost soluționat la data de 31 ianuarie 2012.

Reprezentanta Ministerului Public pune concluzii de respingere a cererii de strămutare.
