S-a luat în examinare cererea de strămutare formulată de petenții l.S. și l.E.

La apelul nominal se prezintă intimata Societatea Națională N. SA prin consilier juridic D.S., lipsind petenții.

Ministerul Public este reprezentat de procuror V.L.

Procedura legal îndeplinită.

Se referă de magistratul-asistent asupra faptului că potrivit programului de evidență informatizată a instanțelor dosarul a cărui strămutare se solicită are termen de judecată la data de 16 martie 2012.

Consilier juridic D.S. solicită respingerea cererii de strămutare.

Reprezentanta Ministerului Public pune concluzii de respingere a cererii de strămutare.
