S-a luat în examinare cererea de strămutare formulată de petentul B.A.

La apelul nominal lipsesc petentul și intimații B.S.V., R.E., B.G.M. și B.E.

Ministerul Public este reprezentat de procuror V.L.

Procedura legal îndeplinită.

Se referă de magistratul-asistent asupra faptului că potrivit programului de evidență informatizată a instanțelor dosarul a cărui strămutare se solicită a fost soluționat la data de 20 februarie 2012.

Reprezentanta Ministerului Public pune concluzii de respingere a cererii de strămutare.
