S-a luat în examinare cererea de strămutare formulată de petentul B.V.

La apelul nominal se prezintă petentul prin avocat M.E.D., lipsind intimatul Centrul de pregătire pentru personalul din industrie Bușteni.

Ministerul Public este reprezentat de procuror V.L.

Procedura legal îndeplinită.

Se referă de magistratul-asistent asupra faptului că potrivit programului de evidență informatizată a instanțelor a fost suspendată judecata dosarului a cărui strămutare se solicită.

Avocat M.E.D. solicită admiterea cererii de strămutare pentru motivele invocate în scris, pe care le prezintă și oral.

Reprezentanta Ministerului Public pune concluzii de respingere a cererii de strămutare.
