S-a luat în examinare cererea de strămutare formulată de petentul A.S.

La apelul nominal se prezintă intimatul Ministerul Public - Parchetul de pe lângă Înalta Curte de Casație și justiție prin consilier juridic B.E., lipsind petentul și intimații Parchetul de pe lângă Curtea de Apel Ploiești și Casa Județeană de Pensii Buzău.
