Procedura de citare este legal îndeplinită.

Se referă de magistratul-asistent asupra faptului că, potrivit programului de evidență informatizată a instanțelor Dosarul nr. 1384/315/2009 al Tribunalului Dâmbovița a cărui strămutare se solicită are termen de judecată la data de 6 martie 2012.

Reprezentanta Ministerului Public pune concluzii de respingere a cererii de strămutare.
