Se referă de magistratul asistent asupra faptului că, potrivit programului de evidență informatizată a instanțelor, dosarul a cărui strămutare se solicită are termen la data de 11 octombrie 2012.

Petentul solicită admiterea cererii de strămutare pentru motivele invocate în scris.

Intimata R.V. pune concluzii de respingere a cererii de strămutare.
