Procedura legal îndeplinită.

Se referă de magistratul asistent asupra faptului că, potrivit programului de evidență informatizată a instanțelor, dosarul a cărui strămutare se solicită are termen la data de 24 septembrie 2012. Se mai referă că la Secția a II-a civilă a Înaltei Curți de Casație și Justiție au mai fost soluționate prin respingere două cereri de strămutare formulate de aceiași petenți cu privire la același dosar.

Petentul D.V. solicită admiterea cererii de strămutare pentru motivele invocate în scris, pe care le expune pe scurt și oral.

Reprezentanta Ministerului Public solicită respingerea cererii de strămutare.
