S-a luat în examinare cererea formulată de petentul M.V.V.

Ministerul Public este reprezentat de procuror Ș.S.

La apelul nominal lipsesc petentul M.V.V. și intimatele Casa Județeană de Pensii Bihor și Administrația Finanțelor Publice Oradea.

Procedura legal îndeplinită.

Se referă de magistratul asistent asupra faptului că potrivit programului de evidență informatizată a instanțelor Dosarul nr. 7392/271/2012 al Judecătoriei Oradea a cărui strămutare se solicită a fost soluționat.
