S-a luat în examinare cererea de strămutare formulată de petentul B.A.

La apelul nominal se prezintă petentul B.A. prin avocat, lipsă fiind intimații I.I., M.C. și G.M.G.

Ministerul Public este reprezentat de procuror Ș.S.

Procedura legal îndeplinită.

Se referă de magistratul asistent asupra faptului că, potrivit programului de evidență informatizată a instanțelor, Dosarul nr. 693/192/2012 al Judecătoriei Bolintin Vale a cărui strămutare se solicită are termen la 4 septembrie 2012.
