S-a luat în examinare cererea de strămutare formulată de petenții S.L., S.P.

La apelul nominal lipsesc petenții S.L., S.P., intimații Municipiul Galați, prin primar, P.S.M.H. Galați.

Ministerul Public este reprezentat de procuror A.B.

Procedura de citare este legal îndeplinită.

Se referă de magistratul asistent că, potrivit programului de evidență informatizată a instanțelor, dosarul ce face obiectul cererii de strămutare are termen de judecată la data de 17 septembrie 2012.
