S-a luat în examinare cererea de strămutare formulată de petenta C.A.A. - Filiala Caraș-Severin.

La apelul nominal lipsesc petenta C.A.A. - Filiala Caraș-Severin, intimații P.T., C.J.P. Caraș-Severin.

Ministerul Public este reprezentat de procuror A.B.

Procedura de citare este legal îndeplinită.

Se referă de magistratul asistent că, potrivit programului de evidență informatizată a instanțelor, dosarul ce face obiectul cererii de strămutare a fost soluționat la data de 28 mai 2012.
