S-a luat în examinare cererea de strămutare formulată de petenta I.E.

La apelul nominal se prezintă petenta I.E., personal, lipsă fiind intimații B.I., P.S., P.G., G.P., G.L.

Ministerul Public este reprezentat de procuror A.B.

Procedura de citare este legal îndeplinită.
