S-a luat în examinare cererea de strămutare formulată de petenta SC D.S.D. SRL.

La apelul nominal se prezintă avocat V.I., pentru petenta SC D.S.D. SRL, lipsă fiind intimații Primarul municipiului Oradea, M.M.

Ministerul Public este reprezentat de procuror A.B.

Procedura de citare este legal îndeplinită.

Se referă de magistratul asistent că, potrivit programului de evidență informatizată a instanțelor, judecata dosarului ce face obiectul cererii de strămutare a fost suspendată prin rezoluție a președintelui secției I civile a Înaltei Curți de Casație și Justiție la data de 15 mai 2012.
