Magistratul asistent face raportul cauzei și arată că, potrivit programului de evidență informatizată a instanțelor, Dosarul nr. 1308/290/2011 al Tribunalului Caraș-Severin, a cărui strămutare se solicită, a fost soluționat la data de 21 mai 2012.
