Procedura legal îndeplinită.

Se referă de către magistratul asistent asupra faptului că, potrivit ECRIS - sistemul național de gestiune informatică a dosarelor, următorul termen acordat în dosarul a cărui strămutare se cere este la data de 24 mai 2012.

Reprezentantul Ministerului Public pune concluzii de respingere a cererii de strămutare pentru argumentele prezentate verbal.
