S-a luat în examinare cererea de strămutare formulată de petenta C.I.S.

La apelul nominal lipsesc petenta C.I.S. și intimații Municipiul Brașov prin primar, SC R. SRL Brașov.

Ministerul Public este reprezentat de procuror L.D.
