S-a luat în examinare cererea de strămutare formulată de petenta G.G.O.

La apelul nominal lipsesc petenta G.G.O. și intimații T.E., T.I., I.E., C.J.F.F. Giurgiu, C.L.F.F. Adunații Copăceni.

Ministerul Public este reprezentat de procuror L.D.
