S-a luat în examinare cererea de strămutare formulată de petentul B.D.

La apelul nominal lipsesc petentul B.D. și intimata F.T.M.

Ministerul Public este reprezentat de procuror Ș.S.

Procedura de citare este legal îndeplinită.

Se referă de magistratul asistent asupra faptului că, potrivit programului de evidență informatizată a instanțelor, dosarul a cărui strămutare se solicită are termen de judecată la data de 15 mai 2012.
