Procedura de citare legal îndeplinită.

Se referă de magistratul-asistent asupra faptului că cererea este netimbrată, petentul fiind citat cu mențiunea achitării taxei judiciare de timbru, precum și faptul că, potrivit programului de evidență informatizată a instanțelor, dosarul a cărui strămutare se solicită a fost soluționat la data de 24 aprilie 2012.
