Procedura legal îndeplinită.

Se referă de magistratul asistent asupra faptului că, potrivit programului de evidență informatizată a instanțelor, dosarul a cărui strămutare se solicită că are termen la 3 aprilie 2012.

Petenta M.M. se legitimează cu cartea de identitate emisă de SP Târgoviște. Arată că a mai formulat o cerere de strămutare, care a fost respinsă și că înțelege să invoce motive noi, de care nu a avut cunoștință la data formulării primei cereri de strămutare. Solicită admiterea cererii pentru motivele invocate în scris, pe care le susține și oral.
