Procedura legal îndeplinită.

Se referă de magistratul asistent asupra faptului că, potrivit programului de evidență informatizată a instanțelor, dosarul a cărui strămutare se solicită are termen de judecată la data de 22 martie 2012.

Reprezentantul petentei se legitimează cu cartea de identitate emisă de SP Novaci. Depune chitanța de plată a taxei judiciare de timbru și timbru judiciar de 0,3 RON și solicită admiterea cererii de strămutare pentru motivele invocate în scris, pe care le susține și oral.
