Se referă de magistratul-asistent asupra faptului că, potrivit programului de evidență informatizată a instanțelor Dosarul nr. 19691/55/2011 al Judecătoriei Arad a cărui strămutare se solicită are termen de judecată la data de 19 martie 2012. Se mai referă că intimata a formulat întâmpinare la 20 februarie 2012, iar petentul a depus note scrise, înregistrate la 22 februarie 2012.

Reprezentanta Ministerului Public pune concluzii de respingere a cererii de strămutare.
