Procedura de citare este legal îndeplinită.

Se referă de magistratul-asistent asupra faptului că, potrivit programului de evidență informatizată a instanțelor Dosarul nr. 1449/336/2010 al Judecătoriei Vișeu de Sus a cărui strămutare se solicită are termen de judecată la data de 27 martie 2012. Se mai referă că intimații C.Ș. și C.I. au formulat întâmpinare la 23 februarie 2012.

Apărătorul petentului solicită să se admită cererea de strămutare, pentru motivele formulate în scris și prezentate verbal.

Reprezentanta Ministerului Public pune concluzii de respingere a cererii de strămutare.
