Cererea a fost legal timbrată.

Se referă de către magistratul asistent asupra faptului că la data de 2 octombrie 2012, prin Serviciul Registratură, petenții au depus înscrisuri în susținerea cererii de strămutare formulate, că la aceeași dată, intimatul a transmis prin fax, întâmpinare și că potrivit programului de evidență informatizată a instanțelor, dosarul a cărui strămutare se solicită are termen de judecată la 23 octombrie 2012.

Având cuvântul, avocat I.S. solicită admiterea cererii de strămutare.
