Se referă de magistratul asistent că, potrivit programului de evidență informatizată a instanțelor, dosarul ce face obiectul cererii de strămutare a fost soluționat la data de 21 iunie 2012, situație față de care, la data de 12 iulie 2012, petentele au formulat cerere de renunțare la judecată.

Reprezentanta Ministerului Public solicită a se lua act de manifestarea de voință a petentelor, în sensul renunțării la judecata cererii de strămutare.
