Se referă de magistratul asistent că, potrivit programului de evidență informatizată a instanțelor, judecata dosarului ce face obiectul cererii de strămutare a fost suspendată prin rezoluție a președintelui secției I civile a Înaltei Curți de Casație și Justiție la data de 8 mai 2012.
