Se referă de magistratul asistent asupra faptului că potrivit programului de evidență informatizată a instanțelor Dosarul nr. 4320/305/2010 al Curții de Apel Brașov, a cărui strămutare se solicită, a fost judecat la data de 20 iunie 2012.
