Judicial transfer (strămutare) of civil proceedings: rejection due to pending hearing in original jurisdiction

The Supreme Court of Romania rejected the petition for the transfer (străm utare) of a civil case filed by the petitioner, thereby dismissing the application and leaving the original jurisdiction in place.
