Motion for transfer of jurisdiction mooted by prior final judgment on the merits

The High Court of Cassation and Justice dismissed the petition for transfer of jurisdiction, ruling that the procedural requirements for a transfer were not met because the underlying civil lawsuit had already been adjudicated and concluded on June 15, 2012.
