Se referă de magistratul asistent asupra faptului că potrivit programului de evidență informatizată a instanțelor, dosarul a cărui strămutare se solicită are termen de judecată la data de 21 iunie 2012, că petenta a depus precizări la 25 mai 2012 și că intimații au solicitat respingerea cererii, prin adresă din 16 mai 2012.
