Challenge to jurisdictional transfer of civil proceedings based on scheduled trial date

The High Court of Cassation and Justice dismissed the petition filed by the plaintiff, thereby denying the request for the transfer of jurisdiction for civil case No. 225/231/2012 from the Focșani Court to another venue. The dispute concerned a procedural application for the removal of a case from a specific court, with the original trial scheduled for September 19, 2012. The court acted on the prosecutor's recommendation to reject the petition, concluding that the request did not meet the necessary legal criteria for relocation.
