Procedura legal îndeplinită.

Se referă de magistratul asistent asupra faptului că, potrivit programului de evidență informatizată a instanțelor, dosarul a cărui strămutare se solicită a rămas în pronunțare la data de 23 mai 2012, ulterior fiind amânată pronunțarea pentru data de 30 mai 2012.

Totodată, se referă că la data de 25 mai 2012 petenta a depus petiție prin care solicită să se ia act că renunță la cererea de strămutare, dosarul fiind soluționat.

Procurorul solicită să se ia act de renunțare la judecata cererii.
