Se referă de magistratul asistent asupra faptului că potrivit programului de evidență informatizată a instanțelor, Dosarul nr. 470/251/2008 al Tribunalului Mureș, secția civilă, a cărui strămutare se solicită, are termen de jduecată la data de 13 septembrie 2012.
