Se referă de magistratul asistent asupra faptului că, potrivit programului de evidență informatizată a instanțelor, Dosarul nr. 1688/204/2012 al Judecătoriei Câmpina, a cărui strămutare se solicită, are termen de judecată la data de 05 decembrie 2012.

Se mai referă că, la data de 24 iulie 2012, intimatul a depus la dosar întâmpinare.
