Procedura legal îndeplinită.

Se referă de magistratul asistent asupra faptului că, potrivit programului de evidență informatizată a instanțelor, Dosarul nr. 20053/280/2010 al Tribunalului Argeș, a cărui strămutare se solicită, are termen la data de 31 octombrie 2012.

Procurator A.M. depune copie certificată a procurii judiciare și învederează instanței faptul că petenta M.T. a decedat. În acest sens depune copie certificată pentru conformitate cu originalul a certificatului de deces. La interpelarea instanței arată că nu are studii juridice și nici nu este rudă cu petentul M.N.P.

Instanța pune în vedere mandatarului că nu poate pune concluzii și că are posibilitatea ca până la sfârșitul ședinței să depună note scrise.
