Magistratul asistent face raportul cauzei și arată că, potrivit evidenței informatizate a instanțelor, judecata dosarului de fond, a cărui strămutare se solicită, are termen la data de 18 octombrie 2012.

Având pe rând cuvântul, părțile prezente solicită respingerea cererii de strămutare.

Reprezentanta Ministerului Public pune concluzii respingere a cererii.
