Procedura de citare este legal îndeplinită.

Magistratul asistent face raportul cauzei și arată că, potrivit evidenței informatizate a instanțelor, judecata dosarului de fond, a cărui strămutare se solicită, a fost suspendată la data de 14 mai 2012 pentru soluționarea excepției de nelegalitate a H.C.L. nr. 241/2007 a Consiliului Local Sinaia.

Reprezentanta petentei solicită admiterea cererii de strămutare.

Reprezentanta Primăriei Orașului Sinaia și intimatul S.E. solicită respingerea cererii de strămutare, ca neîntemeiată.

Reprezentanta Ministerului Public pune concluzii de respingere a cererii.
