Se referă de magistratul asistent asupra faptului că, potrivit programului de evidență informatizată a instanțelor, dosarul a cărui strămutare se solicită a fost soluționat la data de 20 septembrie 2012. Se mai referă că intimații S.C. și S.N. au depus note scrise, înregistrate la 17 septembrie 2012.
