Se referă de către magistratul asistent că, potrivit sistemului național de gestiune informatică a dosarelor, la data de 04 octombrie 2012 s-a dispus, în dosarul a cărui strămutare se cere, amânarea pronunțării pentru data de 11 octombrie 2012.

Reprezentantul Ministerului Public pune concluzii de respingere a cererii de strămutare pentru argumentele prezentate verbal.
