Cererea a fost legal timbrată.

Se referă de către magistratul asistent asupra faptului că, potrivit programului de evidență informatizată a instanțelor, Dosarul nr. 4899/100/2012 al Tribunalului Maramureș, a cărui strămutare se solicită, are termen de judecată la data de 24 octombrie 2012. Totodată, se referă că intimata Asociația de Proprietari R., prin administrator P.D., a depus la 20 septembrie 2012 întâmpinare la cererea de strămutare.
