Procedura legal îndeplinită.

Se referă de magistratul asistent asupra faptului că, potrivit programului de evidență informatizată a instanțelor, Dosarul nr. 12372/211/2006 al Judecătoriei Cluj-Napoca, a cărui strămutare se solicită, are termen de judecată la data de 15 noiembrie 2012, iar intimata D.E. a depus întâmpinare la data de 26 septembrie 2012.

Avocat I.M.A., pentru petent solicită admiterea cererii de strămutare pentru motivele invocate în scris, pe care le susține și oral.
