Procedura de citare legal îndeplinită.

Se referă de magistratul asistent asupra faptului că, potrivit programului de evidență informatizată a instanțelor, dosarul a cărui strămutare se solicită a fost soluționat la data de 05 iulie 2012, iar prin petiție înregistrată la dosar la data de 01 octombrie 2012, petenta a solicitat respingerea cererii, întrucât dosarul a cărui strămutare se cere a fost soluționat.
