Magistratul asistent face raportul cauzei și arată că, potrivit programului de evidență informatizată a instanțelor, Dosarul nr. 4022/105/2012 al Tribunalului Prahova, secția I civilă, a cărui strămutare se solicită, are termen de judecată la data de 26 octombrie 2012.
