Cererea de strămutare este timbrată corespunzător.

Procedura de citare este legal îndeplinită.

Magistratul asistent face raportul cauzei și arată că, potrivit evidenței informatizate a instanțelor E.C.R.I.S., judecata dosarului de fond, a cărui strămutare se solicită, are termen la data de 26 septembrie 2012.

Avocat P.E., pentru intimată, solicită respingerea cererii de strămutare întrucât nu există motive de bănuială legitimă.

Reprezentanta Ministerului Public pune concluzii de respingere a cererii.
