Cererea de strămutare este timbrată corespunzător.

Procedura de citare este legal îndeplinită.

Magistratul asistent face raportul cauzei și arată că, potrivit evidenței informatizate a instanțelor E.C.R.I.S,. judecata dosarului de fond, a cărui strămutare se solicită, are termen la data de 25 septembrie 2012.
