Cererea de strămutare este timbrată corespunzător.

Procedura de citare este legal îndeplinită.

Magistratul asistent face raportul cauzei și arată că, potrivit evidenței informatizate a instanțelor E.C.R.I.S., judecata dosarului de fond, a cărui strămutare se solicită, a fost suspendat la data de 13 iunie 2012.

Reprezentanta Ministerului Public pune concluzii de respingere a cererii.
