S-a luat în examinare cererea de strămutare formulată petenții D.E., I.E. și S.D.

La apelul nominal se prezintă petenții D.E., I.E. și S.D., prin procurator C.D.V., lipsind intimații SC B.G. SA, Ministerul Dezvoltării Regionale și turismului, Prefectul județului Vâlcea, Comisia județeană pentru aplicarea Legii nr. 18/1991 din cadrul Prefecturii Vâlcea și Primăria orașului B.G.

Ministerul Public este reprezentat de procuror A.B.
