S-a luat în examinare cererea de strămutare formulată de petentul Serviciul Public Centrale Termice și Administrare Fond Locativ.

La apelul nominal lipsesc petentul Serviciul Public Centrale Termice și Administrare Fond Locativ și intimatul T.M.

Ministerul Public este reprezentat de procuror A.B.

Procedura legal îndeplinită.

Se referă de magistratul asistent asupra faptului că, potrivit programului de evidență informatizată a instanțelor, judecata Dosarului nr. 3132/202/2012 al Judecătoriei Călărași, a cărui strămutare se solicită, a fost soluționat la data de 20 iunie 2012.
